Sugar Land Elementary is seeking an Educational SPED Aide-SST to join our Richmond, TX campus. The role supports classroom teachers by assisting students with academic goals, managing behavior, and helping with ARD/IEP paperwork.

The position is full-time, with typical school hours and an hourly wage range of $17.50 to $22.00, commensurate with experience. To succeed, candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 48 college hours preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 48 college hours preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with student goals by working with small groups or an individual.
• Enforce classroom management and behavior plans.
• Supervise students during meals, recess, and events.
• Prepare paperwork for ARD/IEP and collect data for reports.
• Assist with planning and implementing differentiated instruction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
