Qualifications

• Experience leading 8–12 staff and scheduling responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise, train, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Specimen Technicians and schedule shifts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with technical departments.
• Assist SPTs in proper test selection and problem resolution.
• Provide feedback to supervisors when issues arise.
• Complete shift paperwork and ensure end-of-shift cleanup.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in training, cross-training, and audits.
