The position requires a high school diploma, basic medical terminology knowledge, color vision, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Training in phlebotomy is preferred, with EPIC/Cadence experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Proficient with email and data entry in Windows.
• Color vision ability per screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs specimen processing of blood specimens.
• Performs venipuncture phlebotomy on patients and staff as needed.
• Learn computer skills in a timely manner.
• Process specimens including centrifugation, aliquoting, and dispensing.
