Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Specimen Processing Manager in Houston, TX for a night shift (Mon–Fri, 11:59 PM–9:00 AM). The role oversees Specimen Processing, Imaging, Cytology Processing and Tech Ops, driving training, daily operations, compliance, safety and productivity.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a starting pay range of $120,000+ per year, with potential annual incentive opportunities based on performance.

Pay range: $120,000+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsible for overseeingthefollowing activities: training of all personnel, all daily operations of related departments,Ensureall Compliance Policies are followed, low error rate, and productivity within company standards.
