You will perform EPIC and ATLAS registrations, enter data into Allscripts (ALAB), and provide face-to-face and telephone customer service to support laboratory operations.

• Knowledge of computer systems and data entry procedures.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to handle blood, body fluids and tissue samples.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Process patient specimens including blood, body fluids and tissue samples.
• Perform EPIC and ATLAS registrations for insurance and patient types.
• Enter data into Allscripts (ALAB) accurately.
• Provide face-to-face and telephone customer service.
• Monitor supplies and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
