Responsabilités

• Analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data as part of laboratory operations.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, TJC, OSHA standards.
• Perform specimen collection (venous, capillary, urine) and handle samples with proper documentation.
• Communicate critical results to providers and teammates to ensure patient care.
• Promote teamwork and adhere to hospital policies and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, workflow, and cost containment.
