Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors department workflow and assists the supervisor to balance workload.
• Practices positive patient identification with all samples.
• Performs phlebotomy according to procedures.
• Troubleshoots, reconciles, and makes decisions about specimen ordering and processing.
• Distributes staff according to business needs.
• Assists with staff training under supervision.
