Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED at hire.
• 3 years phlebotomy experience.
• Basic Life Support - CPR through approved organization, within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Monitors specimen flow: receipt, processing, storage, dispatch.
• Troubleshoots issues, manages supplies and documentation.
• Trains staff on specimen handling and compliance.
• Acts as liaison between collection sites, labs, and clinical staff.
• Ensures accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance in all steps.
• Supports quality improvement and workflow balancing.
