Job summary

United WestLabs, Inc. seeks a dependable Specimen Courier to support patient care by ensuring timely and secure pickup and transportation of specimens, medical supplies, and equipment to medical offices and client locations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a key client contact, delivering outstanding service with efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to procedures.

Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Previous courier, delivery, medical transportation, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow routes and schedules to collect specimens at designated times.
• Transport specimens safely using a company vehicle according to policies.
• Document pickups, deliveries, and route activities accurately.
• Maintain specimen integrity and confidentiality throughout transportation.
• Provide courteous, professional client service and act as a company representative.
• Support vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with special projects and equipment assembly when needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
