Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and basic computer literacy (emails, web navigation).
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Collect biological specimens at client sites for testing.
• Maintain chain of custody and sample integrity.
• Prepare specimens for shipment and ensure proper labeling.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing readiness.
• Provide information on Aegis policies to clients and patients.
• Support safety procedures and PPE usage; observe SOPs.
