The Specified Solutions Advisor is a key member of the Building and Roofing Science Team. This remote role involves developing specification opportunities for GAF | Siplast by working directly with architects, spec writers, and roofing consultants. You will collaborate closely with the Building Design Manager to build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, and decision-makers to incorporate our products into construction projects.
You will support GAF Commercial and Siplast sales teams by identifying project opportunities where the Building Science team can add value. You will work with Territory Managers to convert opportunities into wins and build relationships within the design and real estate communities through outreach, trade shows, presentations, and meetings.
Consideration will be based on geography, experience, and qualifications.
Salary Range: $126,000 - $161,000 annually.
Bonus Range: $24,000 - $33,000 annually.
