Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Gaffney, SC is seeking a Specialty Vehicle Service Support Specialist II. You will provide technical service support to customers and interface with dealers to resolve field issues and apply warranty processes.

You will maintain service records, develop service bulletins, review content, and assist Freightliner field staff. Some travel and 24/7 call-center coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive electrical systems and controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and CAD drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to support customers and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service records with problems and actions taken.
• Support field service personnel and warranty activities.
• Review technical content and contribute to service bulletins.
• Travel as needed to diagnose and fix issues and assist customers.
