Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced Territory Sales professional to drive growth across South Central Washington, Portland, OR, and areas westward from Aberdeen, WA through St. Maries, ID.

You will develop territory plans, execute sales and marketing strategies, and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts and opinion leaders. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required).
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience (required); Rare Disease, Sleep Medicine, or CNS experience strongly preferred.
  • Must live within the territory boundaries.
  • Experience coordinating with patient services and understanding HUB services.
  • Ability to interpret market research/data/sales analytics to build a territory business plan.
  • Ability to develop strategic long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth to meet/exceed Harmony product sales forecasts while ensuring compliant selling activities.
  • Develop territory business plans and execute sales/marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders.
  • Manage a territory call plan (varying reach/frequency); use sales data and analytics to optimize and achieve objectives.
  • Meet/exceed product/brand strategy training targets and certifications (product messaging, competitive knowledge, disease and patient management strategies).
  • Collaborate with partners and internal/external colleagues to reach common goals.
  • Share best practices and participate in regional and national meetings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Operate the company vehicle using safe driving practices and comply with all policies and traffic laws.
  • Process company expenses timely and in compliance with company policies/procedures.
