Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to clean, safe, and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Surprises and delights customers with delicious food.
• Engages in positive selling and guest engagement.
• Maintain fresh, clean, and appealing displays.
• Ensure product quality and proper rotation.
• Monitor spoilage and reduce waste for cost control.
• Support sampling programs and keep areas tidy.
• Report safety hazards and follow SOPs.
• Provide excellent service and assist teammates as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
