Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support the Specialty department by preparing and stocking products, maintaining displays, and delivering exceptional customer service. Staff will follow store SOPs, participate in trainings, and help drive the regional Specialty vision with a friendly, energetic approach.

Role emphasizes proactive selling, adherence to health and safety regulations, and collaboration with teammates to ensure quality and freshness across all products.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures for sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Surprise and delight customers with consistent and delicious food.
• Engage in positive and proactive selling.
• Maintain fresh and appealing displays; keep cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Check products to meet quality standards.
• Monitor spoilage and waste to minimize costs.
• Assist with sampling program and keep areas clean and attractive.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
