Target in Goleta, CA is hiring a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide guest experience, merchandise and team operations. You will lead a team of consultants, assign daily tasks, coach performance and ensure high standards across departments while delivering on sales and service goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, ability to manage workload, and flexible, customer-focused work ethic.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
