Job summary

Target in Glendale, WI is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience on the sales floor and backroom. You will lead by example and coach a team of hourly associates to meet store goals.

You will plan daily and weekly workload, coordinate merchandising sets and planograms, manage guest flow and inventory accuracy, and foster a guest-first culture across departments.
