Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members, ensuring adherence to Target’s guest experience commitments and operations.
• Monitor area metrics and take action to improve guest experience and sales results.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching, and retention efforts.
• Assist with merchandising plans and ensure displays meet brand standards.
