Job summary

Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in the Warwick, RI area. You will lead a team of hourly associates, drive guest experience and sales, and partner with leadership to execute merchandising and store priorities.

You will train and coach team members, manage daily workload, and ensure safe, compliant store operations. The role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Target guest experience commitments consistently and professionally.
• Train, coach and develop team members to meet standards and deliver results.
• Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and guest needs.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and product presentation.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes and participate in team development.
