• Ensure team understands and delivers Target guest experience commitments
• Observe and provide feedback, recognize great guest moments
• Review metrics to identify opportunities and drive results
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including interviewing and coaching
• Assign daily tasks based on workload and guest traffic patterns
• Collaborate with leaders to maintain brand standards and merchandising
• Support backroom processes, replenishment and department goals
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of team members
• Maintain safety, ethical conduct, and compliance standards
