Job summary

Target in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide a team in delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading daily store operations. You will oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, and backroom replenishment while coaching team members to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus and the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced retail setting; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
