Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited certified pharmacy technician training program.
• One year of pharmacy technician experience required.
• PTCB certification completed.
• 1000 hours practical experience completed.

Responsibilities

• Input new referrals and update patient information in designated systems.
• Obtain and bill third party payors and secure prior authorizations.
• Discuss financial obligations with patients and assist copay collection.
• Gather medications and arrange accurate shipping and delivery.
• Support compliance with URAC/ACHC accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure seamless care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
