Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience with direct patient interaction.
• Experience with prior authorizations and renewals preferred.
• Computer skills: MS Office; familiarity with pharmacy EPIC or similar.

Responsibilities

• Review medication regimes with patients to determine what needs dispensing.
• Process medication orders and ensure correct billing to third parties.
• Monitor patient charts and profiles to meet therapy needs.
• Assist with benefit coordination and financial assistance needs.
• Resolve billing issues and obtain Prior Authorizations.
• Provide on-call support on a scheduled rotation.
