Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience or healthcare-related patient care experience.
• Registered with State Board of Pharmacy or willing to register.
• MA CPhT certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with specialty medication needs and coordinate with staff.
• Review medication regimens and verify third-party billing.
• Obtain prior authorizations and manage insurance questions.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Escalate clinical questions to a pharmacist.
• Provide on-call support on a rotation.
