Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medication regime with patients to determine which meds to dispense.
• Process medication orders and ensure correct billing to third parties.
• Monitor patient concerns and charts to meet medication therapy needs.
• Answer patient questions about service, insurance issues, and financial assistance.
• Escalate clinical questions to a pharmacist as needed.
• Report patient safety events according to guidelines.
• Foster strong relationships with pharmacists, staff, prescribers, and patients.
