Job summary

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent is required.
- Current pharmacy technician certification and/or license applicable to state of practice.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
Responsibilities
- Assists with all phases of pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision.
- Answers phones and provides excellent customer service.
- Assists pharmacist in collecting clinical and patient information and maintaining records.
- Uses pharmacy technology to prepare medication orders and perform calculations.
- Maintains medication supplies and monitors inventories including controlled substances.
