Experience with prescription entry, claims adjudication, prior authorization, and financial assistance processes.

Responsibilities

Enter and process claims accurately for new/refill prescriptions.
Assist with insurance-related issues and prior authorizations.
Coordinate with patients, offices, and plans via phone and email.
Support retrieval of prescription and patient records; maintain HIPAA compliance.
Maintain productivity and quality goals; participate in team meetings and special projects.
