The role emphasizes patient-centered service, administrative proficiency, and familiarity with specialty pharmacy operations. Two to five years of pharmacy experience is preferred, with requirement of state board registration and Pharmacy Tech certification.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of pharmacy experience; 5-10 years preferred.
• State Board Pharmacy Registration and Pharmacy Tech Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Execute clerical tasks, data entry, cash handling, inventory management, and advanced compounding.
• Train new team members and oversee specific workflow areas such as purchasing or automation.
• Handle patient and internal billing, reconciliation, and respond to insurance audits.
• Perform administrative functions including supply management and bank deposits.
