LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic inpatient pharmacy team. The role includes cross-coverage for technician duties, medication preparation, dispensing, sterile and non-sterile compounding, inventory management, and comprehensive documentation.

This position requires a state board registration and certification, 2–5 years of experience, and a commitment to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred.
• State Board Pharmacy Registration and Pharmacy Tech Certification.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory, and electronic systems.
• Supportive of professional development and process improvements.
• Collaborative environment with exposure to inpatient and outpatient care using state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance
• Prepare medication orders, support inventory activities, and assist in medication dispensing
• Train staff, manage electronic systems, and ensure accurate documentation
• Pursue proficiency in sterile/non-sterile compounding and other advanced skills
