Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal directions.
• Strong team player mentality.
• 2–4 years of Specialty Sales/Home Infusion Pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote products to physician specialists, medical groups, hospitals, and other health care professionals.
• Develop and implement sales campaigns and market planning to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain customer relationships and cultivate new referral sources.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth information flow between clients and the pharmacy.
• Execute target sales plans and timely follow-up.
