Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from ACPE-accredited school.
• 0-2 years in pharmacy operations with knowledge of JCAHO, USP 797/795/800, and federal/state regulations.

• Develops and maintains clinical pharmacy pathways for specialty therapy initiation and monitoring.
• Oversees access to care services such as benefits investigation, prior authorization, and patient assistance programs.
• Liaises with providers and health insurers to optimize medication therapy and patient access.
• Participates in peer-to-peer reviews to support medication access.
• Dispenses specialty medications with proper communication, labeling, and cold chain control.
• Fulfills REMS responsibilities and coordinates mail order services for specialty meds.
• Educates patients, providers, and staff on specialty therapy and monitoring requirements.
• Precepts students and residents and provides inservices for nursing and clinic staff.
• Engages in professional development through meetings, CE, research, and publications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
