UK St. Claire in Morehead, Kentucky is seeking a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across infusion settings.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met. The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and may involve coordination with the Outpatient Infusion Services department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN license, BLS and ACLS are required or preferred depending on area.

Responsabilités

• Assess and document patient conditions and needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and monitor effects.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and risks.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document all care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and staff and support ongoing quality improvement.
• Engage in professional development and maintain licensure and certifications.
