You will support prior authorizations, data entry, and patient counseling while collaborating with CPS Patient Care Services under a supervising pharmacist.

The role emphasizes interaction with patients and providers via phone, in person, or telehealth, with a pay range of $18–$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting clinical pharmacy programs and administrative tasks such as prior authorizations and data entry.
• Solid knowledge of medication regimens, age-specific dosing, and managed care practices.
• Proficient in pharmacy systems and care management platforms; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pharmacy services through the health system's specialty and retail pharmacy to improve prescription capture and follow-up counseling.
• Assist with prior authorizations, data entry, and other administrative tasks; support CPS Patient Care Services under supervision of a pharmacist.
