Responsibilities

• Coordinate prescription intake and referrals with proper documentation.
• Support prior authorizations and benefits investigations with payers and providers.
• Educate patients on the specialty process, timelines, and access expectations.
• Monitor prescription status and resolve access, financial, or logistical barriers.
