Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, via CPS Solutions, LLC, seeks a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison in Estero, FL to coordinate pharmacy services between patients, providers and the health system. You will assist with prior authorizations, follow-up counseling, and ensure timely therapy initiation in a hospital and specialty setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Florida Technician license and recent pharmacy tech experience required; base pay $18–$32/hour, plus benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Recent work experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pharmacy services between patients, providers, and the health system.
• Assist with prior authorizations and benefits investigations; provide follow-up counseling.
• Support administrative tasks and ensure timely therapy initiation; maintain documentation.
