Job summary

Columbus Regional Hospital’s Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a part-time courier to deliver prescriptions and supplies to patients’ homes and hospital offices. You will plan routes, use navigation tools, and communicate with patients or staff during deliveries.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; job involves substantial driving and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Schedule is 15 hours/week, 2:00pm–8:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prescriptions from the specialty pharmacy to patients' homes.
• Delivers reports, supplies including medications to offices, clinics, and homes; 90% drive time.
• Plans routes, uses navigation systems, follows procedures to maintain medication safety.
