Job summary

Neighborhood-Family-Practice in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Driver to support operations by delivering medications to patient homes on assigned routes using company vehicle. The role requires safety, timeliness, and accurate handling of prescriptions.

Requirements include High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet MVR standards; CDL is preferred but not required. Pharmacy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Active and unencumbered Driver’s License; CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience in transporting biological, sensitive, pharmaceutical, or similar materials strongly preferred.
• Experience in Pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver medication orders to patient homes on assigned route(s) using company vehicle.
• Ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery of patient medications with routing device and proper records for audits.
• Communicate with patients to confirm delivery times and hand off medications to patients or designees.
• Maintain company vehicle in good working condition and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support pharmacy operations in the absence of deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
