Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Liaison for Specialty Pharmacy Operations in Rolla, MO. You will serve as the Clinical Pharmacist for specialty medications and collaborate with the health system client to enhance the patient journey and ensure quality care.

Required are a Pharm.D. or PharmD/BS, MO license, and 3+ years in specialty pharmacy with leadership experience; URAC/ACHC familiarity is desired.

Qualifications

Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Missouri.
Successful completion of the Missouri state pharmacy board examination.
Up-to-date on all continuing education requirements.
Three years’ experience in a specialty pharmacy clinical role with emphasis on clinical program management, patient counseling, provider communication, and managing limited distribution products.
Three years’ experience in a lead role in pharmacy, and one year working with a patient management program.
One year of experience in specialty pharmacy.
Strong understanding of specialty accreditation processes and requirements.
Strong understanding of benefits investigation and prior authorizations for specialty products.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and supports specialty clinics to grow business and optimize patient care.
Serve as Clinical Pharmacist of Specialty Medications and support the on-site Pharmacy Team.
Ensure accreditation standards (URAC/ACHC) and quality processes are met.
Assist formulary decisions and ensure correct revenue capture.
Provide drug information to patients and healthcare professionals.
Maintain strong communication between client and Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services.
Document and track critical action items daily.
