Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between specialty/retail pharmacy and prescribers for prior authorizations.
• Collects and reviews data needed for PA approvals.
• Resolves insurance issues and assists patients with financial assistance.
• Provides customer service to internal/external customers and communicates with pharmacist/clinician.
• Serves as contact for pharmacy benefit information and clinical program information.
