Job summary

Penn State Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Specialty Pharmacy to join our expanding specialty program at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.

You will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, conduct MTM, verify orders, and work with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes and ensure timely access to therapies. Qualifications

Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy required.
ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or three years of relevant clinical pharmacy experience required.
Active and valid PA licensure or eligibility as a Pharmacist required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and optimize medication therapy.
Perform MTM and pharmacotherapy optimization and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams to improve outcomes and ensure access to therapies.
