Park Nicollet, part of HealthPartners, is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Minnesota. This role supports our mission as a Partner for Good by collaborating with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure safe, effective drug therapy and positive patient outcomes in ambulatory settings.

You will review prescriptions, educate patients, and interact with clinicians while following state and federal requirements for specialty medications.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Pharmacist license.
• Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy.

Responsabilités

• Clinical management to ensure appropriate, optimized therapy and patient education.
• Assist in completion and follow-up of medication prior authorizations.
• Answer clinician questions regarding drug therapy.
• Ensure prescription fulfillment complies with state and federal requirements.
