Job summary

Hawx Services, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Specialty Services Crew Lead to supervise specialty pest control operations on site, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with company standards and state regulations. You will coordinate daily field work, mentor technicians, perform inspections, and partner with the GM to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires relevant licenses, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• Must pass background check, drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must have Field Representative Branch Two and Field Representative Branch Three licenses.
• Certifications or experience with Sentricon, termite liquid applications, wildlife trapping, or structural exclusion.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with attic remediation, insulation, or moisture control services.
• Works well in the presence of all pests.
• Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions).
• Ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians performing specialty services, ensuring proper work quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, schedules, and job readiness with the GM.
• Provide on-site guidance and ensure correct execution of service protocols.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to verify compliance with company standards.
• Support GM with paperwork, quality control checks and operational metrics for profitability.
