Hawx Smart Pest Control is seeking a full-time Specialty Services Crew Lead in Wilmington, NC to oversee specialty pest management services. You will lead on-site operations, ensuring quality and safety while coordinating with the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, required pest management licenses, and be reliable and tech-savvy. Benefits include medical, dental, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Pass required background check and drug screening.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with attic remediation or insulation services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians performing specialty services.
• Support team member development through 1:1 discussions.
• Coordinate daily work assignments with the General Manager.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to ensure compliance.
