Job summary

Hawx Smart Pest Control in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Specialty Services Crew Lead to oversee on-site field operations, ensure safety and quality, and mentor a small team in delivering advanced pest control services.

You will coordinate schedules with the GM, perform inspections, and lead treatments such as rodent exclusion, termite control, and wildlife services while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license.
• Must have Field Representative Branch Two and Field Representative Branch Three licenses.
• Certifications or experience with Sentricon, termite liquid applications, wildlife trapping, or structural exclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians, ensuring quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Coordinate daily work assignments with the GM.
• Provide on-site guidance and ensure correct service protocols.
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections for compliance.
• Support or lead specialty pest jobs and wildlife services.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety policies.
