Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Greensburg, IN is seeking a Specialty Operator 5 (Bathing) for the 3rd shift to set up and run a Vacuum Forming line, including robotic trim, pack out and glue applications. You will monitor quality, perform preventive maintenance, and support Lean manufacturing through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HS degree or HS equivalency recommended.
• Prior machine experience is desired.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work necessary overtime.
• Safety training or willing to achieve certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over of Vacuum Forming machines.
• Operate electro-mechanical production equipment.
• Inspect parts to DS-500 specifications.
• Monitor machine output and uptime; improve yield.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
