Qualifications

• Active RN license (Missouri or compact state).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within probation period.
• Specialty nursing certification preferred (e.g., CCRN, CNOR).
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience in a specialty unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise specialty nursing staff during daily operations.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
