Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Nebraska or compact state as defined by Nebraska Nurse Practice Act.
• MSN degree with APRN licensure for NP path OR PA licensure with integrated practice agreement as required by Nebraska law.
• DEA registration required for prescriptive authority.
• Credentialing/credentialing renewal with Bryan Physician Network is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments including history, physical exam, and risk factors.
• Diagnoses by synthesizing data and forming differential diagnoses.
• Develops and implements patient treatment plans and educational programs.
• Prescribes pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic therapies; orders tests as needed.
• Documents care outcomes and reassesses plans to meet health goals.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensures coding-compliant documentation of patient findings and interventions.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and participates in ongoing professional development.
