Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience.
• Certification as an Adult, Geriatric, or Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferred.
• Palliative Care Certification required within twelve (12) months.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing and medical services per Scope of Practice for NPs or PA.
• Diagnoses and manages acute and chronic illnesses; emphasizes health promotion.
• Orders, conducts and interprets diagnostic tests; prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
