Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing/medical services per Scope of Practice for Nurse Practitioners or PA per specialty.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses; emphasize health promotion and prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Collaborate with health care team to plan and adjust patient care.
• Document findings and treatment plans accurately for coding and reimbursement.
• Develop and implement patient education and discharge plans; refer as needed.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary care teams; monitor outcomes and modify plans.
