Solis Health Plans, Inc. is seeking a Provider Network Manager – Specialty Network to develop and strengthen the Central Florida specialty provider network, including Orlando and/or Tampa markets.

The role acts as a primary liaison with contracted and prospective specialty providers, educating offices, and coordinating onboarding with internal departments. Travel to provider sites is expected in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in provider relations, contracting, network development, or related healthcare field.
• Experience with physician practices, specialty providers, medical groups, ancillary providers, or healthcare organizations.
• Working knowledge of managed care and health plan operations.
• Understanding of provider contracting, credentialing, claims, authorizations, referrals, and provider network operations.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple provider relationships, priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Central Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive specialty provider network within Orlando and/or Tampa.
• Recruit physicians, physician groups, and ancillary providers to support growth and adequacy.
• Lead provider contracting activities from outreach to execution and implementation.
• Negotiate provider agreements within guidelines and reimbursement parameters.
• Build relationships with specialty practices and provider leadership across territory.
• Monitor network adequacy, geographic coverage, and specialty availability.
• Educate providers on Solis policies, processes, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard and activate providers.
• Resolve provider inquiries involving claims, authorizations, referrals, and credentialing.
• Maintain documentation of contacts, visits, and contracting status.
